• Implementar sistemas para el registro de la gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
• Administrar y controlar la información relacionada con acreditaciones, categorización, auditorías, programas de gestión y estrategias de control.
• Monitorear el cumplimiento de las gestiones de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
• Analizar información estadística e indicadores de desempeño.
• Generar reportes e informes para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Emitir alertas ante desviaciones detectadas en la gestión.
• Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado de la gestión de las empresas asesoradas.
• Proponer mejoras continuas a los sistemas de registro y reportabilidad.
• Apoyar la planificación mediante análisis de tendencias e indicadores.
• Turno 4x3, modalidad híbrida con asistencia periódica a faena.
• Título de Ingeniero Industrial.
• Conocimientos de estadística.
• Manejo avanzado de software de gestión y administración.
• Conocimientos de SAP (deseable, no imprescindible).
• Manejo de Power BI, PowerPoint, Word y Excel.
• Experiencia en análisis de variables de seguridad y procesos.
• Experiencia en análisis de tendencias y preparación de informes.
