• Instruir, capacitar, asesorar y monitorear a las empresas asesoradas en el cumplimiento de los estándares, programas, normativas y protocolos de Salud Ocupacional.
• Actuar como contraparte del Higienista del Organismo Administrador, supervisando mediciones y asegurando la calidad del servicio.
• Administrar y controlar los Grupos de Exposición Similar (GES).
• Monitorear y asesorar el cumplimiento de los Protocolos MINSAL.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Higiene Ocupacional conforme a la normativa vigente.
• Apoyar la recopilación y entrega de información técnica para reportabilidad.
• Asesorar en la implementación y monitoreo de las Estrategias de Control de Salud Ocupacional.
• Controlar, calibrar y asegurar el mantenimiento de los instrumentos utilizados para mediciones.
• Realizar mediciones en terreno de agentes químicos y físicos.
• Gestionar actividades de capacitación, inspecciones operativas, verificación de controles críticos y proyectos orientados a la reducción de riesgos higiénicos.
• Reportar y realizar seguimiento a condiciones inseguras, incidentes y accidentes.
• Turno 4x3, trabajo presencial en faena.
• Título profesional de Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos o carrera afín.
• Postítulo en Higiene Industrial u Ocupacional (requisito excluyente).
• Licencia de Experto Profesional en Prevención de Riesgos otorgada por el Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS).
• Certificación en Implementación del Nuevo Protocolo TMERT.
• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia específica en higiene industrial en gran minería.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en mediciones en terreno de agentes químicos y físicos.
