• Representar al contratista para todos los efectos del contrato.
• Liderar las acciones de planificación, coordinación, supervisión y ejecución del servicio.
• Coordinar, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades del equipo de trabajo.
• Supervisar directamente a los profesionales y técnicos asignados al servicio.
• Velar por la implementación y cumplimiento de las normas, reglamentos y estrategias de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional aplicables.
• Emitir informes periódicos de gestión y realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento del servicio.
• Presentar oportunamente los estados de pago del contrato.
• Gestionar la resolución de no conformidades y coordinar acciones correctivas.
• Asesorar técnicamente en materias relacionadas con el servicio.
• Informar incidentes y accidentes ocurridos durante la ejecución del contrato.
• Promover una gestión basada en la mejora continua y la seguridad como prioridad.
• Turno 4x3, trabajo presencial en faena.
• Título de Ingeniero Civil Universitario, en especialidades tales como Industrial, Minas o Metalurgia.
• Mínimo 10 años de experiencia general en faenas mineras o industrias.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Sistemas de Gestión aplicados en empresas mineras, específicamente en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
