Our award-winning client is seeking an EHS Manager to join their team. Join our team as an EHS Manager and play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class safety culture and ensuring environmental compliance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety programs to achieve our strategic vision and reduce workplace risks.
Maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring adherence to all EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Deliver engaging safety training programs for all employees, fostering a proactive approach to accident prevention.
Champion a positive safety culture through leadership and influence across all departments.
Manage programs like emergency response, respiratory protection, and hearing conservation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry a plus).
Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other EHS regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to embrace safety best practices.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
