24 hour CRNA opportunity with PRIME Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. This 480-bed facility delivers the personal attention of a local hospital combined with an academic medical center’s sophisticated care. It features one of the country’s leading cancer centers, a Level II emergency and trauma center, a well-recognized heart and vascular program capable of managing even the most complicated procedures, and three Healing Arts Pavilion treatment centers. • Schedule: 73, 24-hour a year Full-time, W2 position
• OB, general, cardiac, ortho, urology with availability of cardiothoracic, neuro
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
