职位描述
1、负责智能座舱出行业务的全流程质量保障，覆盖功能、性能及稳定性测试，确保交付产品满足用户体验标准。 2、深度参与需求评审与用例设计，基于产品PRD独立编写覆盖度高、可执行的测试用例，并制定个人测试执行计划。 3、高效执行测试并精准定位缺陷，及时提交可复现的BUG报告，主动跟进修复进度，推动问题从发现到验证的完整闭环。 4、积极联动产研团队，在测试过程中主动反馈流程卡点，协助团队优化协作规范，提升整体交付效率与质量意识。 5、持续优化个人测试效能，学习并使用测试工具及平台，探索可落地的效率提升手段（如开发测试脚本、参与提效工具及测试平台的模块迭代及开发等）。 6、拥抱技术迭代与AI新工具，主动研究AI辅助测试方案（如用例生成、自动化测试等），尝试将其融入日常测试生命周期，提升测试深度与速度。
职位要求
1、1-2年内工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业。 2、具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握一种或多种编程语言（如Python、C/C++、Java等），了解软件开发流程。 3、深入理解软件测试流程与常用方法论，有实际的UI自动化项目经验者优先。 4、对 AI 辅助测试有落地实践或浓厚兴趣。会使用 AI 编码工具辅助编写自动化脚本或构造测试数据；了解利用 LLM（大语言模型）进行测试用例生成、日志异常分析或BUG分类归因等 5、逻辑缜密，善于从现象中提炼规律并总结文档；具备良好的跨部门（产品/研发/项目）沟通能力，能清晰描述缺陷根因。 6、具备较强的自驱力，能主动承担模块级质量责任，在高迭代节奏下保持交付质量与稳定性。 7、具备良好的英文文档阅读与书面沟通能力者优先。
