Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8am- 4:30pm EST
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)

Pay Rate: $24.00 an hour paid weekly
?Processes routine/standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes. Daily responsibilities will cover one or more operations functional areas such as: analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, data entry, etc. Provides quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and clients. May provide advice and assist with training for less experienced team members. Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to Operations Team Manager and/or Supervisor.
The financial analyst will be a part of our Cost Basis Team. This team handles branch inquiries and update requests received from clients to Front Line Units submitted via New Service Gateway and email in regard to updates and research of cost basis reflecting in our Global Tax Lots system. Additionally, the associate will research and resolve transactional breaks that result in inaccurate cost basis that requires manual update. A successful candidate will have some experience working with financial statements and records with an emphasis on attention to detail. Tax Reporting Operations is responsible for accurate reporting of covered securities and tax lots to the Internal Revenue Service so the ability to update tax lot records accurately and efficiently is required.?
Required Skills:
Generally, 1 year or more experience is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong understanding of rules and regulations, policies, and standards
