Job Overview:The 21st Century Community Learning Center (21CCLC) Program Specialist provides statewide leadership, administrative oversight, and fiscal management for Montana's out of school time programs. This role ensures alignment with state and federal standards while driving innovative, community-partnered educational strategies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Behaviors):Knowledge of research to find science-based effective practices and service delivery modelsAbility to implement and evaluate innovative health education strategies or innovative program service delivery models on a statewide basis; revamp or revise researched models to fit Montana specific sub-populationsAbility to develop program objectivesAbility to evaluate program per job related competencies that contribute to success in job performanceKeeps current on professional and technical knowledgeAbility to speak effectively in a professional mannerAbility to write effectively in a professional mannerSelf-directed in managing statewide projects, meeting strict reporting deadlines, and taking ownership of outcomes
