The role is externally advertised and assessed under the Civil Service Success Profiles framework.
As a Learning and Skills Coach, you will deliver high‑quality coaching, learning and practice‑support activities, including workshops and action-learning sets to probation practitioners across London. You will support learners to consolidate skills, apply learning to their caseloads and develop confidence in their professional role.
You will work as part of a structured coaching and training team, contributing to classroom sessions, action learning sets and practice-based support, while maintaining clear records and contributing to quality assurance processes.
