ALTEN MÉXICO, líder global en consultoría de ingeniería y tecnología, está en búsqueda de un Ingeniero de Material Flow responsable de diseñar, analizar y optimizar los flujos de materiales dentro de la planta, asegurando la correcta planeación de layouts, estrategias de abastecimiento y sistemas pull. El rol contribuye directamente a la eficiencia operativa, reducción de inventarios y mejora continua de los procesos logísticos y productivos.
Actividades principales
• Análisis y diseño de Material Flow utilizando herramientas como VSM y Layouts de planta
• Definición y seguimiento de estrategias de reabastecimiento de materiales
• Implementación y mejora de sistemas Kanban
• Desarrollo y actualización de PFMEA enfocado a procesos logísticos y de flujo de materiales
• Coordinación y comunicación constante con áreas internas como producción, logística, ingeniería y compras
• Soporte en la documentación técnica relacionada con flujo de materiales y layouts
• Identificación de riesgos y propuestas de mejora continua en procesos de abastecimiento
• Uso de herramientas CAD y sistemas empresariales para análisis y documentación
Requirements
• Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Logística o carrera afín
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en actividades de Material Flow
• Conocimiento en VSM, Layout, Material Replenishment Strategy, PFMEA y Kanban
• Manejo de AutoCAD
• Experiencia con SAP y Windchill
• Conocimiento en CREO y GD&T
• Habilidades de comunicación efectiva
• Perfil autodirigido, responsable y orientado a resultados
• Inglés intermedio a avanzado
