Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Program Manager

Type: Hybrid

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience managing complex programs and communicating effectively at the executive level. Operating with minimal supervision, you will oversee the full Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that all initiatives align with strategic organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement established policies, system monitors, and controls to ensure the successful execution and reporting of all initiatives within the program.
• Direct program and project staff, managing interdependencies and cross-initiative impacts to ensure alignment with executive leadership objectives.
• Interface regularly with senior leadership, providing strategic updates and maintaining high-level project visibility.
• Operate in a self-directed manner, driving progress and resolving challenges independently while maintaining full accountability for outcomes.

Technical & Product Development Support

You will collaborate closely with a technical team, embedded within the Agile delivery team, whose responsibilities include:

• Launching new products and releases on a regular cadence, enhancing existing mobile applications, and ensuring technical excellence.
• Identifying market opportunities, defining product vision and strategy, and aligning development efforts with customer needs.
• Working alongside engineering teams to determine optimal implementation methods and realistic delivery schedules.
• Participating actively in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development cycles.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project and program management, handling complex initiatives.
• Strong expertise in managing both the PMLC and SDLC.
• Experience with Mobile Projects
• Proven track record of interacting and communicating effectively at the executive level.
• Self-directed mindset with the ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and working alongside technical/engineering teams.
