Job Description

The Commercial Elite Program (CEP) is a structured leadership development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of commercial leaders in the Process Technologies business. Through a planned multi-year rotational journey, participants will develop deep technical, marketing, operational, and commercial expertise while gaining exposure to customers, markets, products, and business operations.

Successful candidates will build a strong foundation in technical sales, gain insight into market strategy and execution, and ultimately transition into frontline sales roles with direct accountability for business growth and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) performance.

This program is designed for high-potential individuals who aspire to become future commercial leaders capable of driving profitable growth in a dynamic and competitive global industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical sales activities for strategic customer opportunities.
• Learn Process Technologies product portfolio, applications, and competitive differentiators.
• Develop customer-focused technical solutions and value propositions.
• Participate in proposal development, customer presentations, and bid clarification activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Business, ISC, and Technology teams.
• Gain hands-on experience across all stages of the commercial sales process.
• Support customer engagements and technology promotion activities.
