职位描述

1. 在 UED 团队指导下，参与游戏界面、平面视觉、运营活动包装等相关设计工作。
2. 与 UI、交互、美术等岗位协作，理解游戏设计需求并逐步提升视觉表达与落地能力。
3. 参与前期风格探索、概念发散和设计参考收集，逐步建立对项目整体视觉气质的理解。
4. 协助完成游戏内界面的视觉延展、装饰元素、局部包装和素材创意设计。
5. 支持项目中的平面宣传、周边素材、视觉参考整理等内容制作。
6. 在带教机制下学习使用 AI 工具辅助设计，提高参考收集、方向探索和素材生产效率。

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、数字媒体、动画、游戏设计、插画、美术等相关专业优先。
2. 喜欢平面设计、视觉设计或 UI 相关方向，没有 UI 经验也没关系，但需要对这一方向有长期成长意愿。
3. 热爱游戏，对生活模拟、经营养成、治愈向或相邻品类有兴趣和基本体验积累。
4. 具备一定的审美基础、画面表达能力和设计感，对色彩、排版、构图、氛围有基本感知。
5. 学习能力强，愿意主动吸收反馈、快速调整方案，并持续提升自己的设计能力。
6. 对 AI 辅助设计、前沿设计、概念探索等新工具和新方法接受度高，愿意尝试并形成自己的工作方式。
7. 具备基础设计软件使用能力，如 Photoshop、Illustrator、Figma 等至少一种或多种工具。
优先项:
a. 有平面设计、插画、视觉创作相关作品集。
b. 有手绘、原画、绘本风格、装饰画风格等基础，能在视觉探索阶段提供更多灵感表达。
c. 有参与校园项目、比赛、社团活动、独立练习作品等经历，能体现主动创作意愿。
d. 对游戏视觉风格有较强兴趣，愿意分析不同游戏的界面、包装和氛围表达。
e. 有基础 AI 使用经验，如辅助出图、参考探索、情绪板整理、素材方向尝试等。
