作为一名Agentic AI/AI Tools工程师，你需要将最新的AI技术、工具和思维方式应用于公司的开发流程中。你会参与到定义和构建公司的AI开发生态这一激动人心的过程中。你需要跟进业界的最新进展，并将其快速应用于公司内部系统中。 在此过程中你有机会和公司内所有岗位进行深度合作，无论是量化研究员、数据科学家，交易系统开发工程师、基础设施平台、IT，我们的共同目标是提高AI工具在工作流程中的使用率，并最终能够提升研究和开发速度和深度。 我们深知AI仍在快速的发展，新的工具和使用范式层出不穷，这种变化也在深刻的影响基础设施、工作流程以及思考方式。我们希望你不仅是一位优秀的工程师和AI工具使用者、AI系统的构建者，也希望你能参与到AI工具对量化研究和开发的工作模式的变革中来。 你将有机会参与定义 AI 时代量化研究和工程的全新工作方式，包括但不限于 1. 调研和评估前沿AI模型、工具，探索能够提升效率的任何可能性 2. 构建 AI Agent 驱动的研发自动化体系（代码提交、Review、测试等） 3. 升级研发基础设施与开发者平台，构建 MCP、Skills、Tooling Interfaces，让 AI 能够安全、高质量地访问公司的代码、文档、数据与内部系统 4. 设计和实现用于 AI Agents 的安全沙箱、权限体系和执行控制框架，确保系统具备可靠性、可追踪性与可审计性 5. 与研究、交易、工程等团队紧密合作，识别高价值问题并交付可规模化的解决方案 6. 建立 AI 工具在研发场景中的最佳实践、评估标准与使用规范，帮助不同团队更高效、更可靠地把 AI 融入日常工作，推动其在组织内的广泛采用与持续迭代
