职位描述
1、实施内部合规审查工作，协助识别、评估和管理业务开展过程中的合规风险，协助制定针对性的风险控制及优化方案，确保各项业务符合法律法规、监管要求及企业内部制度； 2、参与企业管理制度、内部控制体系及运营流程的建设与优化，协助推动制度落地实施，持续提升运营管理的规范性、有效性及执行效率； 3、协助起草、审阅及管理各类法律文件、商业合同及业务协议，支持业务开展过程中的法律合规事项； 4、持续跟踪境内外金融市场监管动态、法律法规及资产管理行业发展趋势，开展政策研究、行业分析及影响评估，为业务拓展、产品创新及管理决策提供支持； 5、配合开展各类合规运营相关专项项目及跨部门协作事项及完成团队安排的其他合规运营相关工作。
职位要求
1、毕业于海内外知名高校，本科及以上学历，法律、合规、金融等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的法律及金融基础知识，对金融监管、企业合规及国际化业务环境具有浓厚兴趣； 3、熟悉境内外基金运作模式、监管环境或具备国际金融市场相关经验者优先； 4、具备较强的研究分析能力和文字表达能力，对政策研究、行业分析及文件撰写工作有较强兴趣； 5、英语能力优秀，具备较强的听、说、读、写能力，能够以英语为工作语言； 6、具备优秀的学习能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和项目管理意识； 7、工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的职业操守和团队合作精神，乐于面对具有挑战性和开放性的工作内容。 加分项 1、持有法律职业资格证书、CFA、FRM 等专业资格证书； 2、具备 Python等编程能力。
