职位描述

1、战斗与 AI 开发辅助：协助团队完成 Unity3D 手游客户端战斗模块开发，参与行为树（Behavior Tree）、状态机（FSM）的设计与实现，了解深度学习 AI（如强化学习、决策模型）及大语言模型（LLM）在游戏场景的应用逻辑。
2、帧同步战斗逻辑学习实践：在指导下参与高实时性、强同步要求的帧同步战斗逻辑开发，助力保障战斗体验流畅性，积累相关技术经验。
3、AI 技术探索与应用：关注 AI 算法（深度学习、LLM 等）在游戏中的落地场景，协助优化 AI 性能与策略，参与战斗系统智能化升级相关的基础工作。
4、工程开发基础工作：编写规范、可维护的 C# 代码，学习代码优化技巧，确保代码具备可扩展性，逐步提升工程开发能力。
5、跨团队协作配合：积极与策划、算法、服务器团队沟通协作，配合完成技术方案落地，学习跨角色协同工作流程。

职位要求

1、技术基础：
-了解 Unity 引擎基本架构，掌握 C# 编程语言，有 Unity 项目开发经验（课程设计、个人项目均可）优先。
-对 C++ 底层原理有初步认知，或有学习意愿与能力。
-了解行为树、状态机等 AI 框架基本概念，具备一定的系统设计思维。
2、经验与技能：
-有游戏开发相关实习、个人项目经验，或接触过帧同步、MOBA/RTS 类游戏开发逻辑者优先。
-拥有代码 AI Agent 实战开发经验：实际使用过 Claude Code、Kimi Code、Cursor Composer、OpenAI Codex 同类工具完成demo或者项目功能开发；能够自主设计提示词、识别 AI 代码缺陷、校验并重构生成代码；简历附带项目 Demo/Git 仓库更佳；
3、个人素质：
-逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能快速适应新环境与技术。
-抗压能力强，有责任心，具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作意识。
4、行业热情：热爱游戏行业，对 AI 技术在游戏中的创新应用有浓厚兴趣，愿意在该领域长期发展。
