1.参与 AI Agent 平台及智能工作工具的产品规划，探索 AI 在游戏研发和日常工作中的应用场景。
2.深入了解用户在需求分析、内容生产、开发、测试和协作中的实际问题，提炼产品需求并设计解决方案。
3.参与 Agent 工作流、上下文管理、知识检索、工具调用和自动化任务等能力的产品设计。
4.参与 Agent、Skill、插件及 AI 应用的创建、使用、分享和复用机制建设。
5.负责需求分析、产品方案、原型和 PRD 输出，协同设计、研发和测试推动功能落地。
6.建立产品效果指标，结合用户反馈、任务完成率、结果采纳率和使用数据持续优化体验。
7.跟进大模型、Agent 产品和 AI 编程工具的发展，开展竞品研究、产品验证和趋势分析。

职位要求

职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、交互设计、信息管理等相关专业优先。
2.对大模型、AI Agent、开发者工具和智能工作流有浓厚兴趣，并有相关产品的实际使用经验。
3.具备良好的用户洞察、逻辑分析和问题拆解能力，能够将复杂问题转化为清晰的产品方案。
4.具备基本的产品设计能力，能够独立完成流程设计、产品原型和需求文档。
5.具备一定的数据意识，能够通过用户反馈和数据指标分析产品问题。
6.具备良好的沟通协调和项目推进能力，能够与研发、设计、测试及业务团队高效协作。
7.学习能力和执行力强，愿意深入技术原理和游戏研发流程理解真实需求。
加分项
1.了解 Prompt Engineering、RAG、MCP、Tool Use、Agent 工作流等概念。
2.有 AI 产品、开发者工具、平台型产品或效率工具相关项目经验。
3.使用过 ChatGPT、Claude、Cursor、Claude Code、Copilot、Codex 等 AI 工具。
4.有用户调研、数据分析、产品竞品研究或产品从零到一实践。
5.了解游戏研发流程、游戏引擎、内容生产、自动化测试或项目协作。
6.对 AI Native 产品形态和人机协作方式有自己的思考或实践。
