职位描述

面向大型移动游戏，建设 AI 驱动的性能工程体系。你将把大模型、Agent、数据分析和工程工具接入游戏研发流程，围绕内存、卡顿、功耗建立“提前发现回归—快速定位根因—持续挖掘优化机会”的闭环。
岗位不以模型训练或性能报表为主：一方面通过自动化防守降低高频版本的性能回归风险，另一方面从线上数据、调用堆栈、代码和资源中挖掘优化机会。
岗位职责
1. 参与游戏性能分析平台建设，将 RAG、Agent、Tool Calling 等能力接入代码、性能数据、测试任务和研发知识库。
2. 建设提交、每日巡检、版本准入和线上灰度等性能防线，实现风险识别、测试推荐、异常检测、回归归因和告警自动化。
3. 分析性能指标、Profiler、调用堆栈、日志和版本变更，辅助定位代码、资源、配置、SDK 或引擎问题。
4. 从线上数据和历史案例中挖掘高收益优化点，围绕 GC、资源生命周期、渲染、脚本和线程耗时开展实验与收益验证。
5. 建设可评估、可观测、可回溯的 AI 工作流，并将分析经验沉淀为规则、工具和知识。
6. 与客户端、引擎、测试、数据及业务团队协作，推动分析结论落地和同类经验复用。

职位要求

1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 具备良好的 Python 以及 C++、C# 中至少一种语言的编程和系统集成能力。
3. 熟悉游戏研发流程和 Unity、Unreal 等主流游戏引擎，有实际游戏开发经历。
4. 有 Agent、LLM 应用或研发效能工具实践，理解 Prompt、Tool Calling、RAG 等技术。
5. 熟练使用 Codex、Claude Code 等 AI 编程工具，能够独立完成原型或工具开发。
6. 具备问题抽象、数据验证和跨策划、美术、程序、QA 协作能力，对游戏性能优化有浓厚兴趣。
加分项
- 有 AI 应用、代码分析或研发工具相关项目、实习或竞赛经历。
- 接触过 Spark、Presto/Trino、ClickHouse 等数据工具，或有大规模日志分析经验。
- 了解 Android、iOS 移动端开发，有完整游戏项目或 Game Jam 经历。
- 使用过 Unity Profiler、Memory Profiler、Perfetto、Simpleperf 等性能工具。
- 有大规模日志分析经验，或在 GC、内存、渲染、资源、帧率、功耗等方向有实践。
