职位描述

1. 参与 AI 辅助游戏开发体系的建设与落地，协助设计 AI 开发流程、Agent 工作流、编程工具链等，探索 AI 在游戏研发中的应用场景；
2. 参与 AI 编程配套工具的研发与优化，包括上下文工程、Agent Skill / 工具接入、Prompt 优化、Token 成本分析、调试体验改进等方向；
3. 配合游戏项目组和工具团队，将 AI 能力接入现有研发流程、工具管线或引擎能力中，提升开发效率与协作体验；
4. 跟进大模型、AI 编程工具、Agent 框架等前沿技术，参与技术调研、原型验证和工程化落地；
5. 与产品、研发、TA、引擎、工具链等同学协作，理解游戏开发中的实际问题，并尝试用 AI Native 的方式提供解决方案。

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、游戏开发等相关专业优先；
2. 具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉至少一门主流编程语言，如 C#、C++、Python、TypeScript 等；有 Unity、Unreal 或游戏开发项目经验者优先；
3. 了解常见软件工程基础，包括数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络、设计模式等，有良好的代码习惯和工程意识；
4. 对大模型、AI Agent、AI 编程工具有浓厚兴趣，使用过 Claude Code、Cursor、Copilot、ChatGPT、通义灵码等工具者优先；
5. 了解 Prompt Engineering、RAG、LLM API 调用、Agent 工作流、工具调用等概念，有相关课程项目、实习项目或个人项目经验者优先；
6. 具备较强的学习能力、问题拆解能力和动手能力，愿意深入游戏研发流程，探索 AI 与游戏开发结合的新范式；
加分项
1. 熟悉 Claude Agent SDK、LangChain、AutoGen、MCP、RAG、Function Calling / Tool Use 等技术；
2. 有 Harness Engineering、Context Engineering、Agent Skill 设计、Prompt 编排经验；
3. 对游戏研发流程有理解，例如客户端开发、服务器开发、资源管线、编辑器扩展、自动化测试、构建发布等；
4. 对 AI Native 产品形态、开发者工具、编程助手、智能工作流有自己的思考和实践。
