作为一名技术解决方案管培生，您将通过提供技术咨询、产品应用支持、故障排查及日常运营协助，全力赋能外部客户与内部团队。该职位将为您提供宝贵的工程实战机会，让您与顶尖技术专家、销售精英以及行业客户并肩协作，迈出职业生涯的关键一步。

岗位职责

• 协助为工业燃烧及加热系统相关产品提供全方位的技术支持服务。
• 深度参与相关热能设备的现场安装指导、系统调试与后期维护工作。
• 协助开展故障排查活动，负责搜集数据、分析技术痛点，并在必要时将复杂案例高效对接至高级技术专家。
• 支持客户核心需求、设备运行性能数据以及前沿技术信息的收集、整理与深入分析。
• 协助编写并完善技术文档、产品手册、操作指南及面向客户的宣传材料。
• 高效对接研发工程、产品管理及销售团队，协同解决客户问题。
• 根据项目需求，协助开展产品的功能测试、选型验证以及技术评估。
• 定期分析技术支持案例及频发故障数据，编制专业的技术支持分析报告。
• 积极参与客户技术培训会、技术研讨会及内知识共享活动。
• 规范且准确地记录客户诉求、技术问题、及最终解决方案。

基本条件

• 硕士研究生学历，机械工程、电气工程、自动化、能源工程、热能工程、化学工程或相关理工科专业优先。
• 能够熟练阅读和理解机械及电气原理图。
• 具备较强的技术能力和分析思维。
• 掌握工业系统基础知识与核心工程学原理。
• 熟练运用Microsoft Office 办公软件。
• 中文流利，英语可作为工作语。

优先条件

• 熟悉燃烧系统、工业燃烧器、控制系统或热处理工艺者优先。
• 拥有实验室操作、产品测试或相关工程项目实践经验优先。
• 熟悉工程图纸、故障诊断方法论或专业数据分析工具。
• 具备出色的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神。
• 拥有快速学习能力，能够高效处理多项任务。
