
As a Health, Safety, & Environment University New Hire with Phillips 66 you will provide supervised direct technical safety, occupational health, or environmental services for an operation or an organization. These services may include regulatory review and interpretation, technical calculations and estimations, preparation of applications for regulatory approvals and reports, and development of programs, plans, and proposals.

Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $87,400 – $108,300, dependent on a candidate’s degree type and level of education.
This position will be subject to a post-offer background check, which could include criminal history screening, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. We are committed to fair hiring practices and comply with all relevant regulations, including ‘Ban the Box’ and Fair Chance laws. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of criminal history, and any background check will be conducted only after a conditional offer of employment has been made.
This position may be eligible for the Phillips 66 geographic differential pay program contingent upon location. Details and terms to be conveyed in offer of employment if eligible.
