职位描述
1、负责手游客户端性能优化工作，包括但不限于帧率、内存占用、包体大小、发热耗电等维度的分析、定位与优化； 2、维护和定制渲染管线功能，保障渲染管线的稳定性与可扩展性； 3、协同美术团队，支持角色、场景、特效、UI等模块的视觉效果实现，协助美术解决表现相关的技术难题； 4、探索和落地行业前沿的引擎/渲染/性能优化技术； 5、开发和维护性能优化相关客户端工具链，提升策划、美术与程序的协作效率； 6、编写和维护技术文档，沉淀渲染相关的技术规范与最佳实践。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、专业基础扎实，精通算法、数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络等核心课程； 3、熟练掌握C/C++或C#，具备良好的编程习惯和工程能力； 4、熟悉图形学基础理论，了解渲染管线、光照模型、Shader编写等基本概念； 5、对Unity引擎有一定了解，使用Unity开发过项目者优先； 6、具备以下任意一项经验可加分： - 熟悉HLSL/GLSL/CG等Shader语言，能独立编写Shader； - 了解OpenGL/DirectX/Vulkan/Metal等至少一种图形API； - 有RenderDoc、Snapdragon Profiler、Arm Mobile Studio等性能分析工具使用经验； 7、热爱游戏行业，对图形渲染技术有强烈的技术热情和钻研精神，愿意在游戏行业长期发展。
