Participates in the Bank's Technology Development Program (TDP), a two-year development program designed to build technical expertise within Cybersecurity. Participants gain hands-on experience supporting two Cybersecurity teams across the two years, providing exposure to multiple cybersecurity disciplines while developing technical skills, business acumen, and a strong foundation for a long-term career in Cybersecurity.
The Cloud Security Operations team helps protect M&T's cloud-based technologies and services by supporting the security, governance, and risk management of cloud environments. Team members partner with technology and cybersecurity stakeholders to strengthen cloud security controls, identify and address potential risks, and help ensure the secure adoption and operation of cloud platforms. Through monitoring, security best practices, and collaboration across the organization, the team helps protect customer and corporate information while advancing the Bank's overall cybersecurity posture.
The Bank’s Technology Development Program is a rotational training program for Bachelor degreed individuals in a technical discipline. The Program is designed with flexibility to shape the jobholder’s career and expand their career objectives. The Program offers a combination of career planning, technical and competency-based training mentorship with challenging assessments designed to accelerate one’s career with the Bank.
