About This Role A Day in the Life of a Systems Engineer:Working in an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle of successful systems  Performing requirements analysis to understand customer needs Developing architecture models to support requirements development and derivation Using requirements management and test tools to decompose program requirements Supporting integration and test of system components Developing plans and procedures for integration and test to verify product integration Performing analysis of data extracted from testing

Qualifications

Qualifications What You’ll Need: Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or another physical science. Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. Benefits may include health insurance and prescription plan coverage, dental insurance, family building benefits, vision insurance, mental health resources, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and programs that provide employees time away from work. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $99,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year.
