Aquatech is a global leader in water purification systems technology for industrial and infrastructure markets located in the United States and internationally. We support our clients with sustainable water purification systems and technologies that are solving the world's water scarcity challenges.

We have an immediate need for a Quality Engineering Intern to work in our Canonsburg, PA campus. The hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Quality Intern will report to the Safety Manager and will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard is helpful, but not required. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Intern will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a non-exempt employee.

Job Description

• Review documents for compliance against the ISO 9001 quality standard.
• Update supplier files and other quality management system documents as needed.
• Data entry and analysis.
• Assist in internal audits and identify nonconformances.
• Propose corrective to reduce risks.
• Assist in shop quality inspections.
• CAR Team support.
• Other assignments as deemed necessary.

Physical Job Demands

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Actively pursuing a degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
