• You’re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
• Business Administration, Business Technology Management or Data
• This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
• Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
• In addition to role-specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

On the Connected Home Product team, we solve real problems and deliver critical products for millions of customers. We need big thinkers, comfortable with assessing the latest advances in technology and how to use those to solve customer pain points. We need analytical minds that can find insight in data, create a compelling narrative, and convince all stakeholders of the best way forward. We need driven individuals, with a bias for action, who can rally the resources needed to deliver their vision.

• Advocate for the customer and drive the best customer experience through pain point identification, the customer journey process and writing user stories
• Evaluate a market’s value chain and Charter’s ability to create a unique and defensible position; define market size and value available to Charter
• Recommend viable solutions that meet product and market needs
• Understand industry best practices including emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to guide organizational priorities

Required qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Conduct market research, synthesize findings into product recommendations, work with stakeholders to understand feasibility, develop requirements.

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
