Stifel Capital Structure Advisory's New York-based Summer Associate Program provides MBA candidates with a hands-on introduction to the role of an Associate in Restructuring. Summer Associates at Stifel Capital Structure Advisory develop the skills necessary for a successful career in restructuring investment banking.
The firm is committed to training and developing its associates to reach their full potential. Summer Associates participate in a robust training program during the first month of the program. In addition to both formal and informal training programs, there is a formal mentorship program, mid- and end-of-summer reviews, social networking events and significant learning opportunities outside of your day-to-day projects. A Summer Associate’s specific responsibilities may include conducting industry research, building financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions, drafting client presentation materials, and participating in client calls or meetings.
Summer Associate candidates should possess outstanding academic records and have demonstrated strong leadership ability through their professional career prior to business school and involvement in extracurricular endeavors as well as a keen interest in finance and restructuring.

Pay Rate: $175,000 annualized
Salary: USD $175,000.00/Yr. - USD $175,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
