What you’ll achieve

As a member of Server Hardware Engineering Graduate Program, you will join the server product development process and assign to a development team which enables your understanding in connecting relationship between system and server products. You will have chance to engage with multidisciplinary engineering functional from Platform, Power Supply, Validation to Software to touch and learn cross function communication and leading threads.

The program provides you with a broader engineering view and helps you build up the skills, perspectives, and connections enabling you to become a solution architect or engineer leader in your career.

You will:

• Gain familiarity and experience Dell Technologies engineering team culture
• Learn and understand the AI GPU platform design knowhow from grounds up
• Be part of the engineering team to own the design and contribute to the Dell product design release
• Develop and grow your early career success with world class winning team in Dell Technologies

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering related fields and expect to graduate between February 2026 to August 2027
• Preliminary understanding of Hardware (Electrical) or Firmware knowledge.
• Interest about Dell AI platform development on multiple Engineering area which across HW/FW/SW and cross function collaboration.
• Engage and patriciate in assigned tasks contributed to the overall platform development success
• Good communication skill with fluent English and Chinese

• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
• Capability to influence others to achieve results
