2027 Procurement Project Management Analyst Campus Hire

Our products drive human progress. Our Purchasing team drives the progress of our supply systems. We lead strategic and operational commodity teams, while developing supplier strategy, long-range plans and the optimization of the global supply chain. Our remit includes setting delivery performance goals and implementing procurement initiatives, and process improvements. We also oversee the planning and obtaining of materials, components, equipment and services for all parts of the business, including checking requisitions, developing new supply sources and ensuring best quality at best value from third parties.

What you’ll achieve

As a Procurement Project Management Analyst, you will manage projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project,

You will:

• Allocate work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews
• Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
• Utilize relevant project management tools, systems, and applications
• Define supporting and driving process improvements

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field and expect to graduate between February 2026 to Aug 2027
• Strong problem-solving skills, with foundational knowledge in cost modeling, financial analysis, and strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with advanced analytical tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience or academic background in cost modeling, project management, or supply chain optimization is a plus.
• Experience in strategic consulting, with a focus on cost management and supply chain optimization is a plus.
