职位描述

1.协助/参与游戏项目场景与组件的概念设计工作，围绕玩法与世界观需求，参与从前期概念探索到场景落地方案的设计支持；
2.参与前期场景概念的创意探索与讨论，通过草图快速表达设计想法，协助团队完成场景视觉方案的构建，并参与后续方案的持续优化与完善；
3.对日系科幻风格游戏的视觉调研与设计学习，收集并拆解相关参考，参与项目场景美术风格的延展与视觉体系构建；
4.输出结构清晰、具备可落地性的场景概念设计方案，为3D制作团队提供明确的结构与制作依据，并配合场景相关美术职能（动画、特效、TA等）完善场景表现。

职位要求

1.本科或研究生在读，美术或设计相关专业优先，具备扎实的造型与色彩基础，拥有良好的审美判断与持续学习能力；
2.具备熟练的数位板手绘进行方案稿输出设计，并且掌握至少一款3D软件辅助设计；作品集中需有一定完成度的场景设计练习，且能体现对工业或场景结构设计能力的作品；
3.热爱动作类游戏，对日系科幻风格或者相关动画有较强兴趣，具备优秀的游戏美术分析与视觉专研能力；
4.具备清晰的沟通表达能力与主动推进能力，能够以概念设计身份参与跨部门协作，为项目提供美术建议并推动设计落地。
【加分项】
1.有写实科幻或场景概念设计相关项目经验（含课程项目、实习或实际开发经历），参与过具体的场景概念相关设计落地工作；
2.对日本工业设计、特摄作品或相关科幻作品有系统性研究，能够清晰表达个人理解；
3.对场景概念设计领域有持续关注，熟悉行业优秀设计案例，具备主动收集与整理视觉参考的习惯，并具有一定审美积累。
