With a portfolio of international and local brands such as NESCAFÉ, PURINA, MAGGI, KIT KAT, UNCLE TOBYS, and MILO, you'll play a hands-on role in the planning, production, and distribution of products consumers love — working across Nestlé's supply chain operations and manufacturing sites throughout Australia and New Zealand, with our head office based in Rhodes, NSW.
A day in the life…
This program is designed for graduates who are flexible, curious, and ready to learn through experience. Your rotations will be thoughtfully structured to maximise your development while aligning with real business priorities across our Supply Chain network.
Over the two-year rotational program, you'll complete a minimum of two rotations across Nestlé's manufacturing and operational sites throughout Australia and New Zealand. A willingness to relocate during your first and/or second year is essential, as these rotations are designed to give you broad exposure across key areas of our Supply Chain function, including:
You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in supply chain by leading projects, managing diverse stakeholders—applying your learning in real‑world, fast‑paced, and complex environments. By bringing a curious and go-getting attitude, whilst developing a strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, support high‑performing teams, and deliver outcomes with tangible impact across our operations and the broader business.
