Our Summer Analyst Programme is aimed at penultimate year students and is designed to provide a unique insight into global world of finance. Within Corporate and Investment Banking, Coverage teams work closely with clients to understand their businesses, identify their priorities and connect them with the right Investment Banking products and solutions.

What to Expect

The 10-week programme begins with technical training, followed by rotations across two business areas. Day to day, you will support live projects, conduct research and analysis, prepare materials and attend team meetings, giving you practical experience of investment banking.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues, receive ongoing training and have a buddy to support you throughout the programme. You will also have opportunities to ask questions, receive feedback and build relationships with people across the organisation.

• Gain in-depth understanding of different financial products and markets by attending a bespoke technical training. Supplemental training will be provided throughout the 10 weeks
• Experience what it’s really like to work in global investment banking by gaining hands-on work experience
• Build your networks both internally and externally by gaining exposure to employees from all levels of the organisation

As part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and will be allocated a buddy to ensure you have all the support you need to make the most of your internship experience.

Our Summer Analyst Programme serves as a pipeline into the full-time MUFG Analyst Programme, and successful interns may receive an offer to join the full-time Analyst Programme the following year.
