About this role:
The Long-Term Ticket Operations and Accreditation Intern assists with all aspects of the ticket, credential and overall admission operation for various USGA Championships. Responsibilities include leading customer service efforts, production of credentials, group ticket sales and reporting. Those within this role assist with all ticket administration duties, learn ticket strategies, and focus on providing extraordinary service to enhance the guest experience. This internship requires traveling to various USGA Championships for extended periods of time, including but not limited to the U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open. When on-site, this role requires managing admissions gates and hospitality venues for extended periods of time to enforce admissions policies and assist with entry procedures. You will also assist in box office operations including selling tickets, resolution, access control and will-call.
This is a paid internship, working Monday - Friday, from 9am – 4pm beginning in January 2027 through July 2027. This position follows a hybrid schedule in Liberty Corner, NJ, with travel required on-site for various 2027 USGA Championships. Anticipated travel is approximately 30 days between May and June. Hours and days will increase while on-site at USGA Championships, including evening and weekends.
Pay: $17.50/hr., subject to applicable overtime laws.
