JOB SUMMARY:Interns will perform testing and evaluation of metallic materials. This may include opportunities in mechanical testing, metallurgical analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and other laboratory analysis techniques. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Machine and test samples using a universal test machinePrepare and examine samples for metallographic analysisExamine samples using a scanning electron microscopeSupport engineers performing materials evaluation and failure analysisAnalyze, archive, and present results in written reports
