We are seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join our Independent Verification team in Sydney.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Assist in the coordination of review of design documentation for compliance with project requirements, standards, and relevant guidelines (e.g. TfNSW specifications, Project Deed, SWTC)
• Support the assessment of contractor submissions including ITPs, SWMS, and technical queries (RFIs/NCR).
• Participate in site inspections and surveillance activities to verify works align with approved design and specifications.
• Contribute to preparation of progress reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with designers, contractors, and client representatives under supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or any related discipline.
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
