Our Technology Advisory team, nestled within the Architecture & Technology capability of our Transformation practice, empowers public-purpose clients to harness digital capabilities, driving impactful strategic outcomes for the nation.

By Australians, for Australia. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Graduate Program contributing to projects that span:

• Partnering with government agencies to define robust digital strategies and rigorous, evidence-based business cases that secure funding and align technology investments with public-purpose outcomes.
• Designing modern ICT operating models and conceptual enterprise architectures that map out current-state landscapes and identify pain points, helping agencies strategically transition to meet their future-state goals across the pillars of people, process, and technology.
• Establishing the foundational governance, delivery frameworks, risk controls, and co-designed roadmaps required to set up complex, large-scale public sector digital transformations for long-term success.

As a Graduate, you will:

• Support project teams in delivering high-quality, timely outcomes, ensuring alignment with our public interest priorities.
• Contribute to the development of strategies that address critical public sector client objectives, fostering innovative solutions.
• Assist in client engagements, learning to proactively identify and respond to client needs under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Learn and support the processes for effective budget tracking and resource allocation on projects.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications

To be eligible to apply you need to:

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Have completed or be completing a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent studies in a technology-related discipline, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of technology and digital concepts in either 2025 or 2026.
• Prior working experience in Strategy / Consulting related roles, internships or placements would be highly regarded
• Be able to commence in March 2027.
