Our Graduate Lawyer Program

As a graduate, you’ll work closely with lawyers and partners, gaining hands-on experience from day one. Throughout the program, you’ll rotate through different practice areas, building relationships, learning from some of the best legal minds in the industry, and immersing yourself in our collaborative culture.

Who We’re Looking For

Eligibility for the 2027 Graduate Program requires that you are in your final year of study, with graduation expected in 2026.

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about commercial law, proactive in their approach, grounded in their attitude, and enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration - and a good laugh along the way.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A completed Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor with strong academic results
• A genuine desire to become an exceptional commercial lawyer
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Sound judgement and practical common sense
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• A curious mindset and a passion for continuous learning and development
