During your Summer Internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the M&A industry, our clients and our firm.
This is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders, take part in day-to-day operations, where you'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to build on your knowledge and gain hands on experience.

· Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
· Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
· Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
· Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions
· On track for a 2:1 or equivalent
· Penultimate year of a bachelors degree
· High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Passion for excellence and attention to detail
· Candidates must be available from 21 June - 27 August 2027
Successful interns will be considered for full-time positions to join the 2028 incoming Analyst class.
