Our 10week paid SummerAnalyst Programprovideshandsonexposure to theGlobalCapital Markets businesseswhile buildinga strong foundationin financial markets and orcorporate financeSummer analystswork alongside experienced professionals, supporting live transactions and client deliverables, whileparticipatingin structured training, mentorship, and peer development programming.Successfulsummer analystsare offeredentry into thefulltimeGlobalCapital Markets Development Program upon graduation.

Whatyou’lldo

As aGlobalCapital Marketssummer analyst, you may:

  • Support the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions across debt, loans, structured products, and working capital solutions

  • Assistwith preparingclientfacingmaterials such as pitchbooks, lender presentations, and market updates

  • Conduct financial and credit analysis, including review of financial statements and comparable transactions

  • Monitor market conditions and recent transaction activity

  • Collaborate with product teams, coverage partners, and analysts throughout the deal lifecycle.

Basic qualifications:

Pursuing abachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Computer Science,Mathematicsor related fieldswith a target graduation of December 2027or spring2028Ability to start thesummer analystprogramin summer 2027

Preferred qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.3or above

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time pressure

  • Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69
