As a participant in our EMEA Finance Leadership Graduate Programme (Finesse), you’re not just gaining immersive experience across core hotel finance functions and accelerating readiness for a senior finance role – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by contributing to memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you can look forward to as a programme participant:

• Accelerate your future in finance leadership through immersive experience: Embark on a dynamic 36-month development journey comprised of two 12-month placements in different countries within the EMEA region followed by a third year in a hands-on finance role, all designed to fast-track your path to a finance leadership role within 5–7 years
• Broaden your business acumen: In addition to building your finance expertise, you’ll gain valuable insight into core business functions like Operations, Commercial, and Human Resources
• Earn a globally recognized finance qualification: Alongside your placements, you’ll work towards earning the prestigious CIMA professional finance qualification, with full funding (subject to conditions) and dedicated learning support provided by Hilton
• Develop your skills through world-class training and support: Access Hilton University’s e-learning modules, and business library, while building knowledge through on-the-job and project-based learning; participate in tailored finance and leadership programmes and follow a flexible personal development plan designed to grow your technical and leadership capabilities
• Grow with personalised guidance and mentoring: Benefit from regular feedback and coaching, while working closely with a dedicated mentor and peer buddy to ensure your progress is supported at every stage of the programme

What We’re Looking For

With our major global presence and ambitious growth plans, Hilton is developing a strong team of future finance leaders. We are seeking curious, driven, and flexible individuals who embody the Hilton Values and are ready to grow their careers across borders.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (completed by the 1st September 2027)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Eligibility to work in the EMEA region
• Full mobility across the EMEA region and a willingness to relocate for both placements as required
• Aspiration to become a future financial leader
• Commitment to managing a full-time role while studying towards your CIMA qualification
• Availability to begin full-time employment on 1st September 2027

Selection Process

Our selection process is designed to bring out your best and help us get to know you. It includes:

• Online assessments
• One-way video interview
• A competency-based interview with a Hilton Finance Leader
• A Virtual Assessment Centre (March 2027)

Salary is determined by the country of placement. For placements within the EU, starting salaries range from €30,000 to €40,000, with separate locally determined salaries applying in the Czech Republic and Poland. The salary for each placement location is fixed and is not subject to individual negotiation. If a participant moves to a placement in another country during the programme, the salary applicable to that location will apply.
