The Partners Group Financial Analyst Program is a unique opportunity for recent university graduates with top credentials to launch an exciting and challenging career with a leading private markets investment firm.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in a formal 4-week training program (2 weeks in our Switzerland office / 2 weeks in our Colorado office) to build the necessary skillsets to be successful before starting their first rotation.
- Complete rotations amongst a subset (3+) of Partners Group's teams, including the five asset classes (Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Royalties) and the Client Solutions team.
- Gain valuable exposure working in collaboration with various global teams and benefit from hands-on experience through the entire investment and fundraising processes.
- Successful candidates will complete a 2-3-year commitment in the Program and will gain the financial and analytical skills required to continue a career in private markets investing and fundraising. Upon completion of the 3+ rotations, Analysts are eligible to be placed on a team for full-time employment.
