The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a Finance leader.
As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicantsare required tobe geographically flexible and mobile for theFLDPand post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.
Strategic Business Impact
The FLDPis a two-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 – July 2029 Participants will completefour, six-month rotationsthat provide strategic direction while gainingproficiencywith our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities willinclude:formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship,utilizationof our Practical Process Improvement (PPI)methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Our FLDPoffers a starting salary of $80,000in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.
What We Look For
Academic Background & Work Experience:
Undergraduatestudent completing aBachelor’sdegree betweenDecember 2026 – June 2027in one of the following: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study.
1+ yearsof Finance-related work experience ( i.e.work experience, internships, case competitions, etc.).
Leadership Profile:
Proven leadership experience witha track recordof influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.
Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.
Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
Geographic mobility and flexibilityrequiredto pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.
Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and isrequiredthroughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.
