Our Lineworkers, Cable Jointers and Technicians play an important role in keeping our communities connected and powered every day. From day one, you’ll be supported to do good work safely, learning practical skills alongside experienced crews who will guide you, back you and build your confidence every step of the way.

Starting January 2027, you’ll complete a four-year apprenticeship with real-world experience across overhead work, underground networks and substations, all while learning in a supportive, team-based environment.

Heads up! If you’re interested in a Technician Apprenticeship, it’s important to know that opportunities in this area are limited. Most of our apprentices come on board through Lineworkers pathways. No matter the trade, you will be supported and the career opportunities are endless.
