Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity for early in career individuals with at least 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are ready to fast-track their careers witha global organization. The program is designed to prepare participants for a Lead Manager role, with potential international career opportunities across BAT.
As a Global Graduate in Brand Marketing, you will building, strengthening, and growing some of the company's leading brands. You will support brand strategy development and activation while helping deliver meaningful consumer experiences and sustainable growth. You will develop commercial, leadership, and business capabilities through hands-on assignments and rotations. You will gain exposure across Brand Marketing, Consumer Experience, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Commercial Strategy while collaborating with experienced professionals and business leaders to deliver meaningful results.

o Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
o Company contributes an additional three percent to 401(k) whether employee participates or not
