What's the Role?
As a Bloomberg Customer Support Representative, you will serve as a trusted partner to a diverse global client base, helping users maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and services. Sitting at the intersection of technology, financial markets, and client engagement, you'll provide responsive support and solutions across Bloomberg's products and services, while developing expertise that serves as a strong foundation for career growth across the company.
You will troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application-related issues; support product installations, onboarding, and account access; and help clients navigate the tools and workflows they rely on to make critical business decisions. Through phone, instant messaging, and email, you'll diagnose issues, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Beyond troubleshooting and support, you will educate clients on Bloomberg products and workflows, helping them build confidence and proficiency while strengthening long-term relationships. You'll collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions to resolve complex challenges, drive process improvements, and deliver the high-quality service our clients depend on every day.
As part of our global Customer Support team of hundreds of professionals supporting clients in over 15 languages, you'll gain exposure to financial markets, enterprise technology, and client engagement while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth at Bloomberg.
