Blackstone’s Future Leaders Program is a two-day experience designed to give participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive informational seminars, networking, and skill building sessions.
Program participants will have the opportunity to interact and network with business and recruiting professionals in addition to members of our Employee Resource Groups to better understand our businesses and culture. Participants will also learn more about our summer program opportunities.
Blackstone’s Future Leaders Program is open to students graduating from end-2028 to mid-2029, who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.
