RSA is seeking motivated individuals to join our Dalby Workshop Team as part of our 2027 Apprenticeship Program We are looking for people who are eager to learn, take pride in their work, value teamwork and are committed to building a rewarding career in a skilled trade. Apprenticeship opportunities are available in the following trades:

  • Heavy Diesel Fitter
  • Boilermaker (Fabricator)
  • Auto Electrician

RSA will provide the training, mentoring and support needed to help you achieve a nationally recognised trade qualification.

About the Opportunity

More than just a job, an apprenticeship with RSA is an opportunity to kick-start a rewarding career in the civil construction industry. Earn while you learn as you gain hands-on experience repairing, servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of heavy mobile plant and equipment.

Working on a Monday to Friday roster, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople who are genuinely invested in your success and receive the training, mentoring and support needed to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in your chosen trade.

As your apprenticeship progresses, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a range of projects and operational environments within RSA.

About You

To be successful, you will:

  • Be completing Year 12 in 2026, have already completed Year 12 or be a current apprentice seeking to continue your apprenticeship with the RSA team
  • Hold a current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
  • Hold a White (General Construction Induction) Card or be willing to obtain one.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and learning.
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be reliable, motivated and committed to building a long-term career in your chosen trade.
