Are you passionate about artificial intelligence, analytics, and solving complex business challenges? Kimberly-Clark's Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation Team is seeking an innovative and highly motivated co-op student to help shape the future of AI-enabled project management.

In this role, you will partner with transformation leaders and project managers to identify, pilot, and scale AI solutions that improve how large-scale supply chain initiatives are planned, managed, and executed. You will apply emerging AI technologies to real business challenges while gaining hands-on experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.

You will help project teams use AI for reporting, risk management, knowledge sharing, and decision-making while establishing practical approaches that can scale across the organization.

What You'll Do:

AI-Powered Project Reporting & Insights

· Design and enhance AI-assisted project reporting processes

· Create executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and project summaries

· Build reusable AI prompts and workflows that improve project efficiency

· Transform project data into actionable business insights

Risk Analytics & Predictive Monitoring

· Analyze project data to identify patterns and emerging risks

· Develop AI-supported methods for early risk detection

· Help create predictive indicators and decision-support tools

· Improve visibility into project performance and potential roadblocks

Knowledge Management & Process Improvement

· Capture and organize project lessons learned and best practices

· Develop reusable templates, workflows, and project management resources

· Create a centralized knowledge repository to support future projects

· Support development of an AI adoption playbook for project teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with project managers, stakeholders, and transformation leaders

· Present findings and recommendations to business leaders

· Contribute to pilot projects that demonstrate measurable business impact

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following areas: Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Analytics, or Business Analytics. Information Systems or Computer Science, or related field

· Strong academic capabilities demonstrated through GPA. Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred

· Completion of at least one year of college courses

· Coursework or experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or automation

· Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience with Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or other analytics tools

· Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Starting Hourly Wage: $24.50 USD

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes the above starting wage offer and is eligible for overtime pay. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
