In addition, we help our clients manage their retirement program using innovative approaches to develop and implement effective strategies that enable them to strengthen competitiveness or to achieve desired harmonisation in the events of mergers and acquisition. Our consultants use sophisticated tools, in-depth research and creative thinking to provide advice to our clients on scheme design and strategy, funding, investment, provider review, governance, change management and employee communications.
