Join Isio as an Actuarial and Consulting Graduate Analyst and build the analytical, consulting and communication skills needed for a career in pensions. You will work with experienced colleagues on real client projects, helping employers and pension scheme trustees understand their financial commitments, manage risk and make informed decisions.
You will be employed on a permanent basis from the start and supported to study towards qualification as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).
You do not need previous pensions or actuarial work experience. We are looking for your potential, interest in the work and willingness to learn.
Your responsibilities will grow as your knowledge, skills and confidence develop.
We will assess these behaviours in a structured and consistent way during the recruitment process.
We provide combined structured learning, practical experience and ongoing support. You will develop technical, business and professional skills through on-the-job learning, formal training and hands-on client work.
It is expected to take around three to five years to achieve full qualification as an Actuary. You will be employed on a permanent basis from the start of your graduate role.
This is a hybrid role based in our Belfast office.
Expected office attendance, including the first few months is four days per week minimum in office and then two/three days a week in the office moving forwards.
The pattern will reflect client, team and learning needs. Reasonable adjustments will be considered where appropriate.
